I have a report in R&R 8.1 which runs fine in Designer but when I try and run it from within my application RRWRUN crashes. If I remove the relation that is setup then the report runs fine in my application. Do you have any suggestions as to what might be causing this?____Thanks,____Marcel

No particular known bug comes to mind.__Does the runtime error occur on the same machine where the designer runs successfully?____Kathleen__R&R Support

I only get the errors if I try and run the report from within my application.

Is that related table open in your application when you are trying to run the report?____Kathleen__R&R Support

I also have ver 8.1 and had the same problem when adding a 4th relation - 1 to 3 relations, fine, add the 4th, crash. Sorry to tell you this but the problem went away when we upgraded from Win98 to Win2000 and also upgraded hardware (more memory). Not sure which was the fix but either way it^s not a very cost-friendly solution. Hopefully you^ll find another way.....

But wasn^t your crash occuring in the designer at the point of adding the additional relation?____This problem is a runtime crash and only within his application.____Kathleen__R&R Support
