RRWRUN Crashing Windows 2000

I have very serious problem with Win2000 and Report Writer. I have seen i am not the only one. I have seen that there is a newer version of RRWrun and i think it must be tested. The RR Support must give this new version to all customer that has encountered this kind of problem so they can test it. I am thinkin to use vfp native reports designer since the problem is not resolved. If instead there isn^t a new version of RRWrun i think that RR support has not read all the items posted about this problem. I repeat my email address (michele.bosetti@tecnosoftsrl.com) to receive every new upgrade to test it. This is a BIG problem with max priority. I can wait for R&R newer version (10).____I ask to all users with this problem to post message to support.____I am waiting for an answer from support (not erase CDINTF.DLL or similar)____Thanks____

I^ve also been having issues with win2k and rrwrun.____i^ve found that passing the actual printer name__to RI_WPTR parameter or passing "DEFAULT" to this parameter__eliminated my issues.____the only problem is that the users lost the ability to change__printer settings at time of printing. (copies, landscape, paper tray, etc...)
