I^m using Report Writer 10plus on a win2k terminal server. When I tell Rapid Runner to use the ^R&R PDF Export^, it gives me this error:____Individual report from r: rwgiday3.set__6/2/03 02:00 pm-02:00 pm (0:00:05) Dept Category_S (Xbase) // Lo= // Hi= // Q= // Parameters: __!! Report could not complete: Cannot match printer or port in control file____I understand most of PDFFILESpdfdist.txt from the CD. As it indicates, I^ve verified that these files are in the R&R program directory:__Windows NT/XP/2000__ACFPDF.DLL__ACFPDFUI.DLL__PDFMON.DLL__PDFINTF.DLL__ACFPDF.TXT__CDINTF.DLL____I don^t fully understand this part of pdfdist.txt:__"When the PDF printer driver is initialized by R&R, the above listed files are used to install the PDF driver. During successful installation, additional system printing files are created and registry keys may be modified."____How is the PDF printer driver "initialized"? -by Rapid Runner? ____Are there specific registry keys that can be verified? The problem is with the file, CDINTF.DLL R&R has not been able to replicate the problem, so they do not know how to fix it. What I did was ran the install.exe, which loads the pdf print drivers on your system. I then renamed the cdintf.dll to something else, (This is like deleting it, but it is still there for renaming back if you need it.) I ran my report so that it would save as a pdf file, and it did! I recommend that you try this. If you do not have the install.exe file you can ask Kathleen for it and she will e-mail it to you. You will still need all the other pdf dll^s.____Good Luck__
