Do you have to have R&R installed on a client machine for that client machine to run Rapid Runner?

You need to have R&R runtime installed since Rapid Runner uses the runtime engine to process reports.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I have three machines which need to kick off reports (many reports) which do not have R&R installed, and I don^t have licenses to install on these machines. Do you have to have R&R installed on a machine in order to run Rapid Runner?

You need to have R&R runtime installed and an RRW.INI ProgDir32 entry that points to the directory where runtime is installed.____Kathleen__R&R Support

OK, I^ve got the rrw.ini file in place with the entry for ProgDir32. When I double click the RapidRun.EXE program I get the error "Run-time error 339 : Component ^THREED32.OCX^ or one of it^s dependencies not correctly registered, a file is missing or invalid."____Any idea?

If you do a network install of R&R, you can run SETUP from the network to install all of the required support files on each workstation so that you will be able to run both runtime and RapidRunner at each machine.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Two step process worked.__1. Run setup onto a server selecting custom install. __1a. From the short list select Server Install and deselect R&R Designer.____Now from the client pc run setup.exe you built in step 1 on the server. No choices here, when you are finished it works GREAT!!!____Thanks.
