I have published Rapid Runner on a Citrix server, but have an issue of the app shutting down when performing any action within the app. For example when trying to open up a set causes the app to close. Is this app dependent on another app in order to keep it^s focus? How can I get this app to work as a stand alone app in Citrix?

Rapid Runner does use the runtime DLLs and executables to interact with reports. Did you install R&R or did you simply copy the rapidrunner executable?____Kathleen__R&R Support

I copied the executable and published it via Citrix. R&R is installed on the Citrix server. So....should Rapid Runner be spwaned within R&R?

Rapid Runner depends on the runtime DLL and executable files so you need to install them as well.____Kathleen__R&R Support
