Rapid Runner & Adobe print setting

I want to print to file through Rapid Runner 2.0.0001 to my Adobe Acrobat 6.0____When I try to do this, I get an error message from Adobe that I need to change the print properties for Adobe for this application.____I changed the properties in ReportWriter, but this did not affect RapidRunner____How do I change the printer settings in Rapid Runner??
