Rapid Runner Memory Error

Hello Again Kathleen, ______ I^m getting a Application error when i try to run RAPID RUNNER. __1. LOAD RAPID RUNNER__2. OPEN SET FILE__3. PICK REPORT__4. WHEN I CLICK TO PRINT I GET THE FOLLOWING ERROR____The instruction at "0x7c91888f" referenced memory at "0x001b7700". The memory could not be "read" ____Click ok to Term. or Cancel to Debug. ____Rapid Runner version 2.1.0001 __using windows XP ____i have re-booted both Server and my system. ____and this is any report in the set. __Thanks for your Help__Mich__

Does the same error occur if you double click rrwrun.exe and then open the report?____Kathleen__R&R Support
