Rapid Runner Printer Configuration

I have a user who is trying to print reports from Rapid Runner, but the printers are not showing up in the Report Destination window. When she selects Use Default Printer, it does not use anything. Only the R&R PDF Export shows in the window. What do I need to do to get her printers in there?__Thanx,__Jimi Chappell__ADP Technical Support

How many printers are available via the windows control panel? The RapidRunner list should be the same as what is available there.____Kathleen__R&R Support

There are four printers available in the Windows Control Panel, but none, other than the R&R PDF Printer, in Rapid Runner. The user is accessing the application through a Citrix connection and all printers are mapping properly.
