Re-visit Move to another server!

Hi Kathleen,____Since my last thread seems to have died off, I^ll post the entire thing to refresh your effort :0 david__------__We are using R&R Infinity, and I have the program and all the report files currently on a Novell server. We recently changed software and installed a Windows 2008 server, bit I need to move Infinity to either my work station or to the new server. What is the best way to go about this?__------__Re-install on the new machine and then just copy the reports and data from the old to the new. __Kathleen__------__I think I did it from a download. Is the Infinity File date 12/15/08 for the zip file?__david __------__What is in that ZIP file? __Kathleen__------ __The file is RR121001 and dated 5/1/2007 at 10:23 AM. Kathleen,____I did the download and during the install I gave in the Serial # from the existing software but it was rejected. Now what?____david

I don^t have a product code for this as it was apparently a download and only the Serial # exists. Can I get in touch with someone who can help me get the code...possibly someone in sales?____
