Registering RSW32.OCX

Can anyone help? I am unable to get the RSW32.OCX to register using a VB6 installation nor if I try manually (Regsvr32.exe). I can install the full blown version of R&R SQL v 9.0 on the target machine and everything works fine. But I can not get the VB app to install without the "Unable to register RSW32.OCX" error message. Afterwards, obviously, when I subsequently try to launch the associated VB app I get the related error message: "Component RSW43.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid". I have exhaustively gone through the on-line documentation to make sure I have all required run-time files (as well as a list posted by Kathleen as a repsonse to an earlier message).____Any ideas?
