Report won^t increment to second page

I have built a report on 11x17 paper and landscape. I have one record per page. I have a boxed in border and various text within the record. The reference table has several records in it but the report will only show the first page no matter what I do. I delete everythnig on the page except the primary tag. If I delete all of the report lines down to the single field. The report will show multiple records but will not go to second page. The report is built with only ____report__footer____I have tested with both 8.1 and v9.____If I delete all of the report except for a few lines it will work again and show the correct number of records from the table. If I set the group to reset page based on a value changes it goes back to showing only the first page. Very strange problem! Any ideas how to correct. I have built the form three times, now. It works for awhile and then stops working and can^t be made to work.____Dan :-( ____I an using Paradox 9 with intersolv 3 odbc__
