Retrieving Printer Information

R&R Xbase 9.0.009__OS 2000 Pro______I changed our network printers location, so it now has a diffent port and path.____Now my R&R REPORTS can not be previewed or printed in designer!____I get the same message over and over again.____"Error Retrieving Printer Information"____HOW DO I MANUALLY REMOVE THIS DRIVER REFERENCE.

Are you able to get to the File Print dialog to select another printer?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Nope, Just the error message. I can not get to "Print Preview", "Page Setup" or "Print".____"Page Setup" actually does not give the error message, but it does not open the page setup ofmr either. It just does absolutely nothing.
