We have 6.508 and 8.0 and 10.0(all single user lic.). After setting up 10 and establishing the data dictionary, our version 8.0 crashes with an error "RRW.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being recreated"____How do I overcome this error? Make an adjustment in the rrw.ini file?____Where do I find this error log and what do I use to read it(notepad)?____Thanks,____Frank Harrigan

What operating system? When does the crash occur in V8.__It is not advised to run more than one version of R&R on a machine, however I do do so on my own machine and can run both 8 and 10 without error.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Kathleen,__I understand that it is better to run just one version, but I have a lot of reports, and work on them daily. I am hesitant to "commit" to the newer version without "kicking the tires". So, for a single user, no server, is there any known problems with running 9.009 and ver 10 on the same machine. Thanks for all your help.....__Rick Johnson
