As a followup to my 1/9/02 post, I have tested and found that TAPISRV.exe is used by the runtime version of R&R. If TAPISRV is renamed, the runtime R&R will not start. Do you know what this executable is used for, as it is somehow causing the runtime R&R to crash on an inconsistent basis.____Thanks____Stephen Logan

I believe that TAPISRV is a Microsoft file that get used with dial up networking. I have never heard of any conflict with this file and R&R.______Kathleen__R&R Support
