Runtime Shows No Data

On our many reports distributed through the runtime, this client machine will only display the report headers or titles, no detail lines (data). We can see the sort and total value feedback on our reports as they are calculating. We have tried it using runtime versions 6.5, 8 and 11 and cannot get any of the reports to show.____It is an XP machine. We think it is running alongside an Appletalk network. We have tried local printers as well as network printers, from the basic HP 3, 4, 6, series choices.____Any ideas?
