Runtime error

When running a report using R & R Report Writer XBase edition version 8.1, I get the following error message: "Incorrect version of runtime DLL." Please let me know what I should do to correct this issue, or send me the appropriate files. Thanks.____-Suzanne

Re-installing is the best way to correct this type of problem.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hi Kathleeen. I have reinstalled several times, R & R Report Writer over itself rather than uninstall and reinstall. Are there any other resolutions, or could there be a problem with the .dll file itself, and if that is the case what can I do to correct it? Thanks.____-Suzanne
