SOR-file

One of our customers gets the following error back from the runtime (v12.5.001):__"Cannot find file ^C:DOCUME~1ardLOCALS~1Temp10RRW35cc.SOR".____- What can be a reason for this error ?__- What is a .SOR-file ?

SOR files are temporary files used by R&R while preparing the final resultset. This is where the sorted data is stored during the generation of the report. It^s possible that the user doesn^t have appropriate rights to this folder or that the folder has been changed or removed somehow.
