Scheduling R&R report

We have a user who has a report schedule to run each night, it fails because of the following error messege ____"Cannot update, currently locked by user ^admin^ on machine xyz".____Is there a field or table that could be cleared to allow this scheduled report to run. We^ve rebooted the server and rebuilt the task as well.____Thanks__
