Our users access R&R report Designer thru Citrix. Why sometimes a user has ^Send via MAPI^ option and sometimes the same user doesn^t have this mail option (not gray out, just don^t have that check box at all)?

The checkbox will only appear if there is an available license in RRW.LIC____Kathleen__R&R Support

Thanks! We bought 5 more licenses recently and it will be a issue anymore.____But for one user, the things is getting worse. I think is something to do with her profile: RRW.ini____Her problem is not seeing mail option(even there are still have several license available)and almost every time she gets error message after saving the report:____ The instruction at ^0x########" referenced memory at "0x########". The memory could not be "read"____I can^t locate where is her profile "RRW.ini". Since she access the R&R thru Citrix, there is one RRW.ini under her login id. But it is out of date and the recent open files list does not show in her R&R writer. Everytime she is loading the empty profile(looks like, no "Send..." option under Export, and no recent open file.______Do you have any idea where I should look for the solution ?____Thanks____Julia______

It sounds like a Citrix configuration issue.__R&R will look for the INI first in the R&R directory and then in the windows directory as set in the O/S.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I agree with you. It is something to do with Citrix setting. ____To narrow down the cause of the problem, I want to know if there is no "Sending..." item under "Export" in the File menu, does that mean the Profile is coming from old version of R&R, such as 9 ? Now we should not have R&R license issue. We got plenty of them.____Also when R&R starts up, how many ini file it looks for ? RRW.ini only or also include win.ini ?____Thanks____Julia
