Serial Number in R&R

We have a customer who runs Report Writer 8.1 and has a backup cd with this on. Unfortunately they have lost the original cd and packaging, and so only have an installation cd with no serial number or licence key details.____Could you tell me whether there is a way of getting both the licence key and serial number from an installed version of R&R.____Thanks,____Mike.
