SetPrinter - Error

We are using R&R ReportWorks Infinity v12.5.001 and we use the Viewer DLL to run reports from our application (Fileversion of RRRPT32.DLL is 12.1.001)____We run into an error with the "SetPrinter"-function, namely _Invalid value width for RI_WPTR_.__The length of the printername is 58 characters. (Printername = ^Brother NL-1660e on xxxxxxxxxx-s1 (from HP03) in session 2^)____In the R&R-documentation we found the max. length of RI_WPTR is 40 characters.__We proposed our customer to make the printernames (generated from Citrix) shorter than 40 characters, but this is not an option for him not.__They did this in the past at request of another company, but this changes interfered with other applications.__That changed his software and now the customer wants we do the same for our software.____- Are the plans the increase the length of the printername ?__- If so, on which term is this planned ?____- Or can someone provide other solutions to tackle this problem ?____Danny
