The DataDirect driver may be giving you a 126 error if your machine does not have the file NTWDBLIB.DLL____Send me an email if this file is missing and I will send it along to you.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Kathleen____Does the problem with blank fields came from a compatibility problem between R&R and the MS SQL 2000 driver ? Does new R&R version have always this problem with unicode data fields ?__As a bad workaround for the MS Driver, using functions like CAST in SQL view make the fields visibles but it^s not a good way to work.____The dll NTWDBLIB.DLL you asked me for is not present on my system. It seems to be a quiet old MS SQL dll...__

Kathleen,____If you believe that the missing dll can help me to have the driver working without doing any fields conversions, may be you can send it to me.____Just send me an email at livewarehelpyou@ecodis.fr (just created this special alias) ;-)____Thanks.__

Kathleen,____Thanks for the file. In fact, I^ve discovered that this file is present in the system32 folder onto the SQL server. So I^ve__tried yours, and after the one I^ve got (most recent one, coming from SP4).____Now, the first error has disappeared but there is a new one !__When I click on test connect, I^ve got a Warning msgbox :__[DataDirect][ODBC SQL Server driver] Invalid attribute in connection string:Description.[DataDirect][ODBC SQL Server driver]Invalid attribute in connection string:EnableScrollableCursors.[DataDirect][ODBC SQL Server driver]A logon ID must be specified.____Use NT Authentication is checked. Can^t you post some screen captures for the ODBC SQL driver setup ?
