Sharing Calculated Fields

When I have a new calculated field that I want to use in other reports I go to the report that doesn^t have it and go through the process of adding a new one by typing in the name and then I paste the contents. If you create 5-6 new calculated fields you would like to use in a dozen or so reports this seems cumbersome. Is there an easier way to get multiple new calculated fields spread into multiple reports?

Having both reports open in different R&R sessions and then using cut/paste is the only way to get there.____Kathleen__R&R Support
