We just moved to a Windows 2000 Server and the shortcut creator was not working correctly. I notice that the 1st quote " was missing on the target name. ie c:Test dataR&Rfilename" No 1st quote... Since we have spaces in some of our path names such as c: est data the shourtcut would not work. To fix all we do is edit the shortcut and put a " in the beginging (The ending quote is already there).____Any ideas why the 1st " does not automaticly appear in windows 2000.__Tahnks__Brian

Make sure that you are using the most recent shortcut maker that ships with R&R Version 10.1.__This was a problem with earlier releases but I just re-tested on Win2000 and even with a path with spaces, it worked correctly for me.____Kathleen__R&R Support
