Slow printing thru Citrix Metaframe

I am having some serious issues when I try to print reports thru a Citrix based session using a .ica file. Printing from the published app works great, but printing from a .ica file is extremely slow. For example if I launch an ica session and choose print report, it takes nearly a minute for the printer dialogue box to appear (this is where you choose what printer you want to print to). I appreciate any input you may have. Thanks!____Chris

I have both the runtime and designer running. I installed all features except the network feature. I have tried both 8.1 and 9 versions with most recent updates.

If the problem occurs with even new reports in R&R, then the source of the problem is something within the system configuration that causes the list of available printers to be returned slowly.__There are no settings that we can adjust on the R&R side that might improve things.____Kathleen__R&R Support
