Slow report processing

We use accounting software called Cougar Mountain and R&R is part of that software we purchased. We are having issues with reports taking to long to generate therefore tying up our computers to long. I ran a report this morning called Monthly movement report on one of my vendors and it took 17 minutes to finish generating so I could print. So I^m not sure what I should be trying to change in order to speed the process up? Any help would be appreciated.____THX __Mike

Report speed depends on lots of factors, the speed of the network, the size of the data files, the design of the report. Have you contacted the folks at Cougar since they are actual designers of the reports that they include with their software.____Kathleen__R&R Support
