Box Shading

No matter what I do the shading does not appear to work in 10+. I was previously using 9.0 and would commonly add silver shading to boxes and it worked great but in version 10+ it only displays RGB colored outlines around the boxes or it is a maroon shade. While in the report designer it displays the colors correctly, just not when it prints. What am I doing wrong? I am printing using an adobe writer and HP OfficeJet and get the same results. I even downloaded the 10.1.003 but it made no difference.

Make sure that you do not have an older RRPD.DLL in the R&R directory.____Kathleen__R&R Support
