Spaces in file path

Hi I am trying to write a report to an Excel Pivot Table, and the file is not created when there is a space in the file path. I have tried 3 different versions of RRWRUN.exe, version 8.1.23.0, version 9.0.9.0 and version 10.1.1.0. I read in the release notes of version 8, that this was now possible, so I would think that this should be possible with all these versions. Can you please give me any suggestions.
