Special Character Printing doesn^t get to report

Post by Dan_Flynn_(Guest) » Mon Jul 30, 2001 7:24 am

I am unable to print special characters to a report such as the degree symbol alt 0176 °, the copy right symbol alt 0169 ©, and the registration symbol alt 0174 ®. These symbols look OK in the database table but don^t get printed properly. Any help would be appreciated. They worked in R&R prior to Argeggio.____Dan__:-( ____Am using intersolv 3.00 or 3.11 and Corel Paradox 9.0

You need to set DBANSI=1 in the appropriate section of your RSWSQL.INI file (this text file resides in the R&R program directory).____For an Intersolv Paradox driver it would be the__[QEParadox]__section and you would add the line anywhere within that section.______Kathleen__R&R Support
