Still having problems after patch

We install the latest patch 10.0.012, it seems better, but we are still having memory problems.____One user reported the following error:__"Noticing that if I print an R&R report using Adobe Acrobat Writer, the next time I try to print a different report also using Acrobat Writer, my fonts disappear and buttons loose their icons. If I close that version of R&R and reopen another one, I can continue working for a time, but ultimately I get the following error with R&R __shutting down: RRW caused a divide error in module RRPD.DLL at __018f:010c22cb followed by a second error: RRW caused an invalid page fault in module MFC42.DLL at 018f:5f401351."____Another user reported the following finding:__"My display starts getting funky where the font gets bigger and bigger. I have a system health monitor program, so I usually close out of the program if I see the meter at red. After I close the program, the monitor usually goes back to green."____I also noticed that if I print preview a report several times in a row, then my system resource dropped to 20% or less. I have to close R&R or reboot my PC to regain the system resource back. It^s a pain that I have to do this, because I design R&R reports all day long and I need to print preview reports checking for results. I thought the latest patch fix the print preview problem.____Thanks for your help.

That is definitely symptomatic of a memory problem. Does it occur only after printing to PDF? What O/S? The more you can tell me about your environment, the easier it will be for us to find and fix this.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Thanks for your response.____We are using Win98 second edition with 512.0MB RAM. We are running R&R from the Novell Network (NetWare 4.11, patch to 2) , all reports and data (.dbfs) are on the same Novell Network too.____The RRPD.dll problem only happens after printing to PDF but the preview problem happens all the time. ____Thanks.

I see none of these issues but what is significantly different for me is that I do not have a Novell network available to test against.____I am actually working with another user having a SQL problem on XP only and he is also on Novell. Could just be a red herring though.____What version of the Novell client are you running?__There was a file opening issue that was caused by not having applied SP1 to Novell client version 4.83. Again this may not apply here but is worth a mention anyway.____Kathleen__R&R Support

We are on Novell Client 3.32.0.0 SP1. In version 9, we noticed the Preview mode used up lots of CPU resources but not like in version 10. In version 10, we got "out of memory" message or the font gets bigger and bigger or lost font (Arial) in the design view.____Thanks.
