Summary report

Good day all____I have a little bit of a tricky problem I was wondering if you could help me with please, one of our customers takes the data generated by a set of reports and merges it all into one excel spreedsheet, what I need to do is duplicate the output of the excel report, which I have mostly done, however I am stuck with one thing ____The report is a summary margin report by depot for a time preiod usually a week, the database is indexed on dep_name + type + serv_type + DTOS(ord_date) (in English that is Depot + Job type + Service + order date) ____The report is grouped by dep_name which is where these total fields have been placed.____Per depot____No deliveries, Miles, customer charge, payment, margin, margin% ____What I need to add is a column that shows the number of drivers per depot who worked in that week, it does not matter if they did one job or ten if they worked then they only count as one. so there might be two hundred but deliveries for that depot only twenty drivers ____Hopefully that is clear, any doubts let me know,Thanks in advance for your help :-)____Regards____Tim____
