Sybase 8 and R&R 10+

Hi, we are currently having a problem using Report Writer 10 to create reports that use a Sybase 8 Datasource. It seems that when the datasource has been selected and the master table selection screen appears there are only system tables to select. Below is a copy of the email I recieved:____"Problem with R&R10 .____On opening R&R 10 and trying to use a Data source connected to a Sybase 8.0 Data base the only tables available to me were the system tables,____The details displayed in the _owners_ box were correct but the box was greyed out, this box did not become available to change until the system tables were selected, at which time the correct owner details were no longer in the owners box.____On reinstalling R&R 9.0 this problem does not occur and I am able to see all the relevant tables with no problem."____Any help would be apreciated as we are releasing a new version of our application this week that uses Sybase 8 and there are no reports ready to ship.____Thanks____Richard Ward__Warwick International Computing Systems Ltd.____

Try using the updates EXE^s that I sent along to Mike Cutts and also try copying the V9 RSWSQL.INI to the version 10 directory and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support
