The way that is designed is not to keep all of the records belonging to a single group on the same page. Instead it enforces that a group header or footer will always have at least one record on the page where it prints. The exception is a single record group where you might have the group header and record on page 1 and the group footer on page 2.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hi Kathleen,____Sorry i did not explain myself very clearly the issue i have is that while printing, i will get a record split over two pages but no matter which way i set the flag this still happens. The report i am working on at the minute has three groups, only group 3 is shown on the report, what i get when printing is at the bottom of page one there is a group header and at the top of page 2 is a group footer. Are you saying this is what should happen?____version in use is 10.0.012____regards____Tim____

Can you get around the problem by moving the info from the group header to the group footer and then only having a group footer band?__An entire group footer will indeed stay on the same page and not break across pages.____Kathleen__R&R Support
