User has a Windows XP workstation with an AMD 64-bit processor. The workstation locks up on the user and when we check the event viewer it says it was an issue with RRW.EXE...AND R&R WAS NOT EVEN RUNNING. Could this be a problem with the 64-bit processor? Have you ever heard of this happening?__Thanx!

This client is using R&R. They are getting frequent lock ups in various applications regardless if R&R is running. The event viewer points to the rrw.exe as being the culprit. We believe it may be the combination of RRW running in a 64 bit environment.

Have you disabled the PDF printer driver? That might be the culprit.____Kathleen__R&R Support

No, we haven^t tried that. How would the PDF driver effect the application and cause lock ups?____Thx,__Jimi

R&R creates a system event each time it tries to install/remove the printer. Disabling the driver is worth a try.____Kathleen__R&R Support
