Totals

I know there is a way to only include the last record without it listing each record (I am trying to get a YTD total by earnings record instead of listing by check)and I can not find in our user info book what I need to put in. Does anyone know?? Thanks

You need to select a Group field and then create a total that resets at that group level. Then add a group footer band to the layout and place the total on that band line. Then remove the record band since you do not want to see record level detail.____Regards,__Kathleen__R&R Support
