Truncated Memo Fields

I have a report that takes a few fields and generates a CSV file, however one of the fields, of data type MEMO, seems to be truncated. The field is used to hold an HTML description of a product for a client and can be pretty long. The records with issues have descriptions in excess of 11,700 characters, but are being truncated.____Is R&R truncating this field, or is there a setting that I can change to allow more characters? Please help; the client^s product descriptions are incomplete and they^re getting impatient. They insist that the data is in their Database, but R&R isn^t retrieving all of it.
