USB Port and LPT1

Post by DanF_(Guest) » Thu Jun 16, 2005 3:52 pm

I have a client that is running his HP printer 6127 from the computer^s USB port. He gets an error when trying to print R&R reports via the USB port. Plugging printer into LPT1 the reports print OK. Are there any settings I need to make in R&R to make the USB configuration work?____Running Report Works V11.0.6.0 runtime.____DanF

It is certainly strange that an ODBC driver error would be caused by a USB port. Can you try a different report/data source and see if that makes any difference?____Kathleen__R&R Support
