Upgrading to 10.0.012

I have downloaded the files to upgrade from 10.0.011 to 10.0.012 but I cannot find any instructions on how to actually install the upgrade. How do I install the upgrade?____Thanks__Stephanie

The instructions are in the text file RR100012.TXT.____INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS__After downloading the file RR100012.ZIP, open it and then extract__it^s contents to your R&R Version program directory replacing the __existing copies of these files. The only exceptions are:__· RRPRVIEW.CAB goes in the ActiveX subdirectory__ Note that RRPRVIEW.CAB is only required for viewing reports that__ are exported ActiveX (PDI format) for viewing in a web browser)__· RAPIDRUN.EXE goes in the RapidRun subdirectory______Kathleen__R&R Support

Thanks for the help with that. ____I did follow your instructions and upgraded R&R. Isn^t the version number supposed to change in the About section of R&R to say 10.0.012 instead of 10.0.011?

As long as you are really running 10.0.012 it will show 10.0.012 in Help About. Try copying the file again.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I reinstalled the files again and the version still says 10.0.011. Is there something that I am missing? What features can I look for that are in .012 and not .011?______Thanks
