Using RRW32.ocx on Windows 2008

Post by apennell » Fri Jan 22, 2010 10:41 am

Hello all. I am attempting to migrate our software from a Windows 2003 32 bit server environment to a Windows 2008 64 bit environment. Our applications run using the RRW32.ocx (RnR Infinity 12.5), this worked fine on Windows 2003. I am having issues with this on Windows 2008. The OCX actually registers successfully, but upon opening the form, I receive a ^Class is not registered^ error. I have copied over the applicable DLLs that I can think of. What am I missing?

I found this suggestion in another support forum and hope that it might help here.____In your project, try going to Project Properties, Compile, Advanced Compile Options and set the Target CPU to x86.______Kathleen__R&R Support
