V10 vs V11.006

We have a sales report that has 3 group-footer bands(daily,weekly and monthly),covering eight different product lines. Each column totals on the appropriate field. When we run the program on V10, it is perfect.____When we run it on V11, the columns in group-footer bands total on one of the group-fields, and not on the record. When I try to make the correction, either individually or with the group-edit feature, the computer locks up.____Since reporting this to you earlier, I uninstalled, rebooted, then reinstalled V11 and the update patch. The problem stil exists.____What can I do?____Ed Tuton
