V11 Run Time Err/ creatng Shortcut

When I am creating a Shortcut using RRICON, I keep getting the message, "Run Time Error ^5^" Invalid procedure call or argument. I am able to Run the report from the RRICON screen, but I cannot create the shortcut. We have just upgraded from V9 and I never had this problem before. I can^t even find any reference to this error in any of the documentation. Does anyone have any insight into this problem?__

This error can occur when the shortcut maker is confused about the location of the program directory.____To correct it, use the drive/directory selector at the lower left and reselect the R&R directory. Make sure that the path appears in text above the selector.____Once you do this, the problem should go away.____Regards,__Kathleen__R&R Support
