I^ve installed Version 12 on the server and ran the setup.exe on the workstations from there. __Now, when two users try to run R&R at the same time they are getting an error message "No available network user ID". I ran RRWUSERS and sure enough, there is only one serial number there. __I was under the impression "Infinity" meant there were no more user license issues.__FWIW, We^re a 6 license Premiere Club member.__

There is still user licensing in V12. I will send the additional serial numbers out to you and you can add them via the user management program.____Kathleen__R&R Support
