Version 12 INLIST

We have used R&R Version 6.5 for approx 10 years. Finally we installed Version 12. We like almost everything about Version 12 except the Query INLIST. When you have to key in 15 to 20 products or customers and have to press ADD each time, this was very time consuming. Last week I was just experimenting and came up with the following:____Query__Inlist__Compared to Product# or Customer# or field that you need__10 press add__11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20 press add__The box will have in it__10__11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20__press okay____All the entries you made are now in the box just as if you had pressed ADD after each one.____You have to have at least 2 lines. you can have all of your products or customers in the 1st line and press add and just have one in the second line (it can be a duplicate just to get something on the 2nd line) press add. I do not know how long this line can be.____This does not work with character fields only numeric fields.____I hope this helps R&R Uers.__

Interesting finding!____I tried it out and it appears that that it only works for numeric fields and you have to have at least 2 list members.______Kathleen__R&R Support
