Web-Based Reporting

I have a white paper describing how to make an application in visual basic 6.0 that recieve parameters from an html document, this for generate report^s using R&R, the white paper description or name is Web-Based Reporting with R&R the release date of this document is 26 april 2001. I already pass the code and did all the instructions but still without the wanted results.
