__Hello guys____I am using the version 9.0__I dont know how to express myself, but this is my example.______Kardex of Product : xxxx Description : Viagra__ __Date Time Type In Out balance__==================================================__01/01 10:30 Initial Inventory 50 50__01/02 10:15 Sales 10 40__01/03 10:10 Cancelation 5 45__01/04 10:30 sales 1 44__01/05 10:30 Inventory for xxx 30 ----- 30 <= How to reset this__01/06 10:30 sales 1 29 ____I want to reset my counter..____Best Regards__Osvaldo Ramirez____________

To reset a total you need to choose a group field in Database Group order so that you can reset when the value of that group field changes.____Kathleen__R&R Support

More info.____The report is a kardex. ____I have a group and sort on field called barcode and I want to show all kind of in and out for whatever reazon of this product. so I show how goes my counter, I mean two out - 1 in the balance lest in one. But I want to reset this balance based on other field called tipo2. This field tipo2 is the type of the in or out. so if the tipo2 == "INV FISICO", then I must reset my balance to 0 or other amount.____Best Regards__Osvaldo Ramirez__
