XP Closing Error

I just bought a new laptop with XP, (First time using XP). Anyway, I installed R&R 9 ,with all new files attached. I even unzipped and copied all the pdfdist.zip files into the directory. Now I am getting the error message that windows is closing R&R after running a pdf report. The pdf output is fine, but the error obviously is not!____What do I need to do so I do not get this error message?______Thanks____P.S.
