XP Error

I have a customer that just upgraded his PC to XP and is getting a runtime error when he prints a R&R Report. This is what it is saying :__AppName: rrwrun.exe __AppVer: 9.0.9.0 __ModName: cdintf.dll__ModVer: 1.0.0.1 Offset: 000037c0____Can anyone help me __Michael Gustine__mikedg@hotmail.com

They are most likely going to have to delete or rename the file CDINTF.DLL, which means that they will not be able to create pdf files.____I assume you are calling up the rrwrun.exe through another program, like Visual dBase or Foxpro. I have had the same problem with my system using Visual dBase 5.7. I found out that if I use a higher version, Vusal dBase 7.xx that it will work.____If you must have the ability to create pdf files, then I would suggest that you contact R&R customer support to resolve the issue. However, I doubt if they can since it is not really an issue with R&R.______Good Luck
