we^ve just started rolling out XP Pro machines in our office and have run into an issue with Arpeggio^s (v2) default printer setting.____It appears that whatever printer was set as default WHEN ARPEGGIO WAS INSTALLED remains the default printer for every report opened, regardless of which printer is set as windows default printer now.____Example - __1) Installed a program called SnagIt which sets itself up as the windows default printer.__2) Installed Arpeggio.__3) Changed my windows default printer to be a network printer called, "coordinator."__4) Open any word document, excel spreadsheet, etc and choose File->Print and the default printer is "coordinator."__5) Open ANY apreggio report and choose File->Print and the default printer is "SnagIt."____is there any fix for this???

This bug happens on both NT and XP and persists as a problem in V10.__In V10 you can somewhat overcome this by adding a line that says__PRINTER=DEFAULT__in the Defaults section of RSW.INI/RRW.INI.__This forces R&R to use the current default printer in place of the printer that was saved with the report.______Kathleen__R&R Support
