Kathleen,____Is creating PDF files in XP not yet available? If not, any idea as to when it will be? ____If it is working on your XP system, what do I need to do to make it work on mine. I have all the latest files, but I am still getting the error message that Windows is closing R&R and the PDF output is not readable. The printer selection showing is correct, but the output is not! If I run a normal report, I also get the error message as long as I have the file CDINTF.DLL present. Without that file, normal reports work fine, but of course I can not run a PDF report without it.______Thanks

I found something that may or may not mean something!____I am using XP Home Edition with R&R 9.0009. All my reports work great except those that create a PDF file. That is when I get the error that windows is closing the program.____I went to the DOS level and typed RRWRUN.EXE PM.RRW The report came up for viewing, which is correct. I selected print, which makes the pdf file. When the report was completed I got an error message that reads "Insufficent memory for print/preview"____This is a new machine that has 512 mb of RAM. I am running no other programs, so I know it is not a memory issue per say. However, whatever is making this error message appear is what is causing or is in conflict with the XP system.____I know that this function is working on some other machines and I would be interested in know if those machine were upgraded to XP. Since this is a new machine, XP is not an upgrade, but a complete new operating system.____Any suggestions would be greatly greatly appreciated.____Thanks__Tom Freitas

I have a machine that was born with XP home edition and I can successfully create PDF^s. So it is not a universal problem with XP home and R&R V9.____Kathleen__R&R Support
