YTD Totaling Issue

[updated:LAST EDITED ON Mar-25-05 AT 05:48 PM (EST)]I have a National Sales Report, where i^m summarizing/subtotaling for each client, Group sub totaling on market segment, Group sub totaling on fiscal period... My question is, how would i show YTD totals for each client on the Fiscal Period break?? keeping in mind that there could be different clients for each period...____(ie., Period 1 AAA 50 Nights $100,000.00 Revenue__ AARP 20 Nights $20,000.00 Revenue__ Period 2 AAA 50 Nights ------------__ Period 3 AAA 60 Nights____How would i keep a running total for AAA within each Fiscal Period, and AARP??____thanks for your help!

You could create a separate conditional total for each client if you have a manageable fairly static list of clients.____Kathleen__R&R Support
